The California Highway Patrol reported that at approximately 11 p.m., a driver, later identified as 46-year-old Rick Rodriguez, was traveling east in the westbound lanes of the 60 Freeway when he collided head-on with a Honda Civic. The incident affected three other individuals in the same vehicle, resulting in the deaths of 39-year-old Jazmin Guadalupe Ramos and 29-year-old Raquel Moreno at the scene. Ezra was rushed to the hospital but tragically did not survive. Rodriguez has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, and investigations continue.
