11-Year-Old Terra Star Jackson Killed In Fairfield, CA Accident

DUI wreck along E. Tabor and Blossom Avenues

Tragic accident that occurred on March 23 in Fairfield, California. 11-year-old Terra Star Jackson sadly lost her life after a DUI-related pedestrian crash in the crosswalk in the area of East Tabor and Blossom Avenues. Jackson was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. The family later had to make the difficult decision to take Terra off of life support. The driver, 32-year-old Elena McGraw-Ogans, had children in her vehicle at the time of the collision. Officers determined she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI resulting in an injury and with child endangerment, and was booked into the Solano County Jail.
