Tragic accident that occurred on February 1 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Twelve-year-old James Rankin was tragically killed by a drunk driver, Sammie Fuller, who fled the scene after the accident. The police found her unconscious behind the wheel at a nearby 7-Eleven. Fuller was arrested on several charges including first-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatality accident and driving under the influence of alcohol. A GoFundMe has been created to help with Rankin’s funeral expenses. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
