Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, May 24 at around 9:30 PM in Treasure Island, Florida. 13-year-old Grace Fitzpatrick is seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while crossing near the intersection of Gulf Boulevard and 120th Ave. She was hit by 31-year-old Jeffrey Hardman who struck the teen and her friend as they were crossing.
