A gold Mercedes-Benz went through a red light at a high rate of speed and collided with a Jeep. The Jeep, in turn, crashed into the mother and daughter. Angela succumbed to injuries at the scene, CPD said. No charges or citations have yet been issued in the crash which remains under investigation.
