14-Year-Old Davonte Jenkins Killed In Union City, GA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on August 8 in Union City, Georgia. 14-year-old Davonte Jenkins died in a crash involving a Ford F-150 near Stonewall Tell Road and South Fulton Parkway. A black sedan traveling south tried to turn left and collided with a Ford. The F-150 struck the sedan in the rear passenger side, and impact caused the Ford to hit a MARTA bus head on. Jenkins was pronounced deceased at the scene. Crash investigators believe the driver of the Ford F-150 ignored a traffic light. The driver of the sedan fled the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
