14-Year-Old Zakodi White Killed In Lubbock, TX Accident

Young pedestrian struck while crossing 50th Street

Tragic accident that occurred on May 21st in Lubbock, Texas. 14-year-old boy Zakodi White lost his life when he was struck by a motor vehicle while crossing 50th Street in the 1900 block . Zakodi was transported to University Medical Center via ambulance where he was later pronounced deceased. No arrests were made and the investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
