Tragic accident that occurred on May 14th Suisun City, California. 15-year-old James Rabara Jr. was killed by a hit-and-run motorist along Highway 12. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without reporting the crash or rendering aid and has yet to be caught. James sadly succumbed to injuries from the crash. The accident remains under investigation and the suspect remains at large. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
