16-Year-Old Kenneth Shelter Killed In Monroe, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 10 in Monroe, Ohio. 16-year-old Kenneth Shelter was identified as one of the three people who were killed in a 2-vehicle wreck along Ohio Route 542. A 2001 Ford F-650 truck, driven by a 55-year-old Dianna, W.V. Man, crossed the centerline into the oncoming lane and collided with a 2015 Honda Odyssey. Both vehicles left the roadway and came to rest in a ditch. Passenger Kenneth Shelter was killed in the wreck. OSHP continues to investigate the collision. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
