18-Year-Old Naomi Brown Killed In Elk Grove, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, February 22 at around 4:45 AM in Elk Grove, California. 18-year-old Naomi Brown was tragically killed in a solo vehicle accident on Whitelock Parkway. The accident occurred when the driver veered off the road and hit a tree, causing the car to rip in half. First responders had to extricate four victims from the wreckage. Brown, and one other person, were sadly killed in the accident. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
