 Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, January 22nd in Lyons, New York. 18-year-old Tyler Parsons was struck and injured while walking on the shoulder of State Route 31. Parsons was walking westbound on the north shoulder when he was struck by a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Allen Harper. Parsons was injured in the collision and was flown to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for head and leg injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim
