The victim was dragged about 100 yards before the vehicle fled the scene. He was transported to Northwell Forest Hills Hospital where he tragically later died. The police later found the vehicle as well as the driver. He was identified as 30-year-old Jorge Serrano. Jorge was intoxicated and arrested for charges of vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, and drunk driving. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
