19-Year-Old Joshua Ryan Involved In Punta Gorda, FL Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 6th in Punta Gorda, Florida. 19-year-old Joshua Ryan, was arrested and charged with DUI in his involvement in a crash that seriously injured another driver at Duncan and Argo roads. Ryan had three passengers in his BMW sedan, when he hit a truck, causing it to flip over. The driver of the truck was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of a head injury. Ryan and his passengers were not injured in the accident. Ryan was given a sobriety test, and was then placed under arrest and booked in the Charlotte County jail. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
