Tragic accident that occurred on October 2 in Springfield Township, Ohio. 20-year-old Jake Lemensky was seriously injured when the car he was a passenger in was struck head-on by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 70. Lemensky was rushed to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of their injuries. The OSHP said that alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor in the crash.
