Tragic accident that occurred on August 5 in Laredo, Texas. 21-year-old Alfredo Aguilar Jr. was  arrested in a hit-and-run accident that seriously injured a pedestrian. Authorities said that Aguilar fled the scene after the accident but was later apprehended and charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. The woman is in critical condition at a San Antonio hospital. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
