A tragic accident occurred on April 20 in North Hills, California, when 21-year-old Andrew Valdez was killed in a two-vehicle collision along the San Diego (405) Freeway. Authorities reported the crash occurred early morning, but the cause is still under investigation. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found Valdez with fatal injuries.
