21-Year-Old Diana Garcia Killed in El Paso, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred on April 14 in El Paso, TX, claiming the life of 21-year-old Diana Chagah Garcia. According to the El Paso Police Department, Garcia was one of three pedestrians struck by a 2015 Audi S3 that veered into the sidewalk around 10:47 p.m. on North Mesa Street, near the Budget Lodge Motel. The driver of the Audi lost control while attempting to change lanes, crashing into the pedestrians. Garcia, along with two other victims, was taken to the hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The driver, a Socorro resident, was arrested, and marijuana was found in his vehicle.
