Tractor trailer collision on Highway 14 and County Road 18

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, May 3 at around 6 PM in Utica, Minnesota. 21-year-old Jacob Sovell was seriously injured when he was involved in a collision with a tractor trailer at the intersection of Highway 14 and County Road 18. 37-year-old Andrew Burt was operating a Peterbilt semi tractor trailer when he collided with the victim's Chevy Suburban. Sovell was transported to Saint Mary’s for treatment of his injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
