21-Year-Old Joshua Budai Injured In Irving, TX Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, March 5 in Irving, Texas. 21-year-old Joshua Budai is in critical condition after his vehicle was hit by an intoxicated wrong way driver in the 2300 block of State Highway 161. Budai suffered critical injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Two passengers traveling in Budai's car were killed at the scene, officials said. 23-year-old Yasmin Olvera has been charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information should call the police department at 972-273-1010. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
