21-Year-Old Lisandro Santos Killed In Tulare, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on April 24 in Tulare, California. 21-year-old Lisandro Santos lost his life in a wrong-way crash caused by a motorist who officials say was driving under the influence. A 2015 Dodge Charger was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 99 approaching Betty Drive when it collided with a 2022 Honda Civic driven by Lisandro Santos. Sadly, he left the world just days before his birthday. An investigation into the wreck is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
