Ms. Purdue was a passenger in a Ford driven by Rahsheeda Bell that was struck in a chain reaction crash caused by a wrong way driver. A Land Rover struck a Ford Edge head on, sending the Edge into the front of the Ford Escape. Ms. Purdue, and Ms. Bell were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
