23-Year-Old Devin Brown Involved In Napa, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on April 17 in Napa, California. 23-year-old Devin Brown was driving a International dump truck north on Highway 29 when he made an unsafe turn toward the shoulder and hit a concrete mailbox and a steel guardrail. The vehicle ultimately overturned into a drainage ditch. A 61-year-old passenger was ejected during the collision. He suffered major injuries and was transported to Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
