23-Year-Old Thomas Stark Arrested In Bath, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, December 1 in Bath, New York. 23-year-old Thomas Stark has been arrested after he seriously injured a bicyclist in a hit and run crash on State Route 415. Stark was driving without a license when he struck the bicyclist and fled the scene. The victim was flown to a nearby trauma center for treatment. Stark has since been located and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of a crash and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
