24-Year-Old Mark Burrow Killed In Abilene, TX Accident

Pedestrian collision on Winters Freeway

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, May 1 at around 1:45 AM in Abilene, Texas. 24-year-old Mark Burrow was tragically killed when he was struck by a vehicle along Winters Freeway. 30-year-old Nicholas Mills was later identified as the driver that struck the pedestrian. He was charged with second-degree felony intoxicated manslaughter and second-degree felony failure to stop and render aid. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
