Tragic accident that occurred on August 1 in San Diego, California. 24-year-old Maximillian “Max” Herr was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident on 13th Street when he collided with a Ford pickup truck at the intersection of Donax Avenue. Sadly, Herr was pronounced dead at the scene. He served in the Maritime Expeditionary Group 1. A GoFundMe has been created to help Herr’s family with funeral and other expenses. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
