Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, March 9 in Watsonville, California. 25-year-old Stephanie Bell was tragically killed when she was hit by a vehicle on Freedom Boulevard. A 55-year-old woman was driving a Volvo eastbound when she veered off the road and collided with the pedestrian. The accident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
