26-Year-Old Anthony Medina Killed In East Los Angeles, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 22 in East Los Angeles, CA. 26-year-old Anthony Medina died in a three-vehicle crash. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the accident occurred at 12:19 a.m. on the Cesar Chavez Avenue off-ramp of the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway. The crash involved a BMW, a Tesla, and a Nissan. Medina, who was driving the Nissan, died at the scene after his vehicle caught fire. His city of residence was not available. Authorities arrested the BMW driver on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
