A tragic hit-and-run occurred on April 6 in Pomona, California, when 26-year-old Jose Cervantes Garcia lost his life. The incident happened around 3:10 a.m. at Philadelphia and Palomares streets. Despite paramedics' efforts, Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are investigating, but details about the driver and vehicle remain unknown.
