Allen and an infant passenger riding with her were injured as a result of a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of State Route 31 and County Route 57. While an investigation is underway, reports so far have determined a 2014 Ford Mustang sped through a red light at the intersection and crashed into a 2016 Ford Escape that was traveling westbound. The driver of the Escape, Shaylee, and the infant passenger were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
