Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, February 14 at around 9:30 PM in Los Angeles, California. 27-year-old Carlos Barahona was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Pacific Coast Highway near Porto Marina Way. The victim was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
