27-Year-Old Matthew Banda Killed In Corpus Christi, TX Accident

Wrong way wreck on Harbor Bridge

Tragic accident that occurred on November 2 in Corpus Christi, Texas. 27-year-old Mathew Adam Banda has been identified as a victim of the tragic wrong-way accident on the Harbor Bridge. Banda was described as a friend to all and kind-hearted soul who served in the Navy and doted on his daughter who recently turned 2. Authorities say Banda was a passenger in a vehicle struck head on by a 35-year-old woman driving the wrong way. The woman, whose name hasn't been released, will be charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault.
