Tragic accident that occurred on November 30 in Bloomington, Illinois. A victim was seriously injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist in the 600 block of East Locust Street. A short distance from the scene, authorities located the alleged driver, 28-year-old Deonte Andrews, and placed him under arrest. He was charged with multiple offenses including aggravated DUI while license is suspended or revoked, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident with injury.
