Leslie was operating a 2005 Ford Focus southbound when a northbound 2001 GMC Sierra pickup truck attempted to execute a left turn and collided with the front passenger side of the Ford. Leslie sustained major injuries and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis for treatment. Additional information about the incident was not immediately available.
