Police said the vehicle did not stop for a flashing red light at the intersection and fled from the scene after hitting Feakins. Feakins was pronounced deceased early Friday morning at Broward Health North. Witnesses are urged to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
