29-Year-Old Jim Sanchez Killed In Hayward, CA Accident

Driver under the influence is arrested

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday February 5th at about 9 p.m. in Hayward, California. 29-year-old Jim Sanchez was tragically killed after a pickup truck hit him as he was trying to get into his parked vehicle on the north side of D Street. The driver of the pickup truck was driving under the influence and was arrested. Sanchez was sadly pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
