29-Year-Old Saul Lozada Killed In Patchogue, NY Accident

Pedestrian struck on North Ocean Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, January 4th in Patchogue, New York. 29-year-old Saul Lozada was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle while crossing North Ocean Avenue. The victim was hit by a southbound 2003 Honda Civic. Lozada was shifted to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue, where, sadly, he was pronounced dead.  The Honda driver sustained no injuries in the collision, while two passengers in the car were transported to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue with minor injuries. The Honda was impounded for a safety check, police said. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
