Fatal pedestrian accident on U.S. Route 42

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 13th at about 4:17 a.m. in Jackson Township, Ohio. 30-year-old Brett Michael Lycans was killed in a vehicle-pedestrian accident while walking near U.S. Route 42. He was struck by 20-year-old Michael Eugene Cottrill Jr., and tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
