30-Year-Old Johnny Lee Underwood Killed In Bessemer, AL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on June 28 in Bessemer, Alabama. 30-year-old Johnny Lee Underwood was killed in a motorcycle-car accident when his bike collided with a Chevrolet Avalanche at Ninth Avenue North and 14th Street North. Tragically, Underwood died at the scene as a result of injuries. A GoFundMe fundraiser has been created to pay for the 30-year-old's funeral expenses. An investigation is ongoing, Bessemer police said.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
