30-Year-Old Stephanie Chesire Killed In Wilmington, NC Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, October 1 at around 4:30 AM in Wilmington, North Carolina. 30-year-old Stephanie Chesire was tragically killed when she was struck by a hit and run driver in the 4300 block of  Market Street and New Centre Drive. The vehicle fled the scene after striking the victim. Chesire was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to please contact (910)-343-3609. We sent our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
