Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, April 20 at around 7 AM in Tyler, Texas. 30-year-old Timothy Nicklebur was tragically killed when he was struck by a vehicle while crossing in the 3300 block of Troup Highway. The victim was transported to UT health Tyler where he tragically passed away. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
