31-Year-Old Curtis Blocker Killed In Bayside, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 15 in Bayside, New York. 31-year-old Curtis Blocker, was hit and killed by a vehicle along Cross Island Expressway. Blocker was driving a Chevy Spark when he collided with the driver of a Jaguar. Shortly afterward, when the 31-year-old got out of his car alongside Alley Pond Park near the exit to the Long Island Expressway to inspect the damage to his vehicle, he was hit by a passing Nissan Rogue. The driver of the Rogue, only identified as a 43-year-old man, remained at the scene. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
