31-Year-Old Stephanie Chinn In Whatcom, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, February 1st in Whatcom, Washington. 31-year-old Stephanie L. Chinn was tragically killed when her vehicle was struck head-on by another driver on Interstate 5. According to the Washington State Patrol Chinn was driving a Toyota Avalon that was hit by a Lexus driving the wrong way at the time of the collision. Sadly, Chinn was pronounced dead at the scene. The WSP said that impairment is suspected in the fateful crash. The crash remains under investigation by the WSP. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
