Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 22 in Port Orchard, Washington. 32-year-old Juliana Treche was seriously injured after being struck by a drunk driver on State Route 16. The victim was operating an SUV when she collided with another vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the road and operating recklessly. He was cited for reckless driving, DUI, and vehicular assault.
