32-Year-Old Justin Skaggs Injured In Lubbock, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, June 30th at around 9:35 PM in Lubbock, Texas. 32-year-old Justin Skaggs was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of 24th Street and Slide Road. Mr. Skaggs was riding a motorcycle when he collided with an SUV in the 5100 block. The driver fled the scene and was later found, but hasn't been publicly identified. Mr. Skaggs was transported to University Medical Center for treatment. We send him our thoughts and prayers.
