The victim was traveling on a northbound Kawasaki when they were struck by 19-year-old Johana Foster. Ms. Foster was attempting to pass a tractor trailer when she collided with the bicycle. The driver of the motorcycle was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Ms. Sharp was hospitalized At OhioHealth Grant Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
