33-Year-Old Erik Davalos Killed In Modesto, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, September 19 at around 5:30 PM in Modesto, California. 33-year-old Erik Davalos was tragically killed after his sedan was struck by a drunk driver near McHenry and Standiford avenues. The sedan was leaving a parking lot when it was struck by a pick up truck driven by 20 year old Miguel Zapien. The impact caused the sedan to collide with a third vehicle. Zapien was arrested for DUI and vehicular homicide. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
