A woman in her 40s and her 10-year-old daughter were injured in an accident caused by a street racer on Highway 90. 33-year-old Hammer John Felan was driving a Pontiac GTO and was racing another driver, when he lost control and hit the median. He then collided with the woman’s vehicle in the eastbound lanes. Felan now faces two counts of racing on the highway with serious bodily injury or death, one count of injury to a child, one count of racing on the highway, and one count of racing without a license.
