35-Year-Old Jaime Yard Injured In Lake George, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, September 28 in Lake George, New York. 35-year-old Jaime Yard was seriously injured when her vehicle was struck by a drunken wrong way driver on the Northway Highway at Exit 21. Yard, who has been awaiting a kidney transplant for years, was struck by 59-year-old Cynthia Murphy. She remains on the donor list for Columbia Medical Center and is awaiting a match.  Yard was airlifted to Albany Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
