Tragic accident that occurred on February 28 in Yuba City, California. 35-year-old Jeffrey Ross was operating a Toyota RAV4 along Colusa Highway when he struck a light pole at the intersection of Rocca Way. Authorities say a female passenger in the vehicle, which erupted in flames after impact, died at the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
