36-Year-Old David Welch Killed In Hamden, CT Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 2nd in Hamden, Connecticut.  36-year-old David Welch lost his life after he was hit by a motor vehicle while walking across Dixwell Avenue. Welch was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital where he sadly succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities continue to investigate the incident but did say the driver involved is cooperating.
